4. Forms, Submissions, and Statement Reviews
When you submit a contact form, referral, or processing statement for review, you authorize us to contact you and review the information provided in order to respond to your inquiry or provide a savings analysis. Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement for services.

Any savings estimates, rate comparisons, or program eligibility discussed through our Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Approval for merchant processing, cash discount programs, or payroll services is subject to underwriting review and the policies of our banking and processing partners.
